Adaptive Image Denoising by Targeted Databases

The main aim of this project is to
restore the noisy images by using the procedure of data dependant denoising. This
new algorithm finds patches from a database that contains relevant patches. Two
contributions are made in this project, one is solving a group sparsity
minimization problem and the second one is determine the spectral coefficients
of the denoising filter.
