A Simulation Design of LTE Communication System under Adaptive Modulation Schemes
MATLAB--2015---IEEE
MATLAB--2015---IEEE
In this project the BER
performance for QPSK, 16-QAM and 64-QAM are analyzed with turbo coding and
without turbo coding. Turbo coding will give
better performance when compared to uncoded system.
As extension, other
higher order modulation schemes 256-QAM and 1024-QAM are considered.
When the modulation
order is increasing the BER performance will degrade.
But always the coded
system will perform better than uncoded system.
Performance of OFDM in time selective Multipath fading channel in 4G Systems
MATLAB--2015---IEEE CONFERENCE PAPER
MATLAB--2015---IEEE CONFERENCE PAPER
In
this project we are going to analyze the doppler effect on OFDM system
PSK modulation is
considered in this project.
doppler is nothing but
the frequency shift caused by the movement of trasnmitter or receiver.
To apply doppler shift
on the signal we use exp(j*2*pi*fd*(0:N-1)/N)
fd is the Carrier
frequency offset caused by doppler
formula for fd =
v*fc/c
v is the speed
fc is carrier

c is speed of light

An Area- and Energy-Efficient FIFO Design Using Error-Reduced Data Compression and
Near-Threshold Operation for Image/Video Applications
IEEE TRANSACTION---VLSI---2015
In this project, we propose an area- and energy-efficient FIFO
design. On architecture level, a technique named as FIFOwith error-reduced data compression (FERDC) is proposedto reduce the FIFO size. This reduces both area and powerconsumption of the FIFO with negligible distortion.download base paper

filter algorithm in noise removal from ECG signals
MATLAB--SIGNAL PROCESSING---IEEE-2015
The main aim of this
project is the implementation of Extended Kernel Recursive Least Squares
Adaptive Filtering Algorithm for the filtering of five different noises that
occur in ECG signals during data acquisition. Adaptive filters adapt their
filter coefficients with the continuous change of signal using adaptive
algorithms, providing the optimum noise removal features for non-stationary
signals like ECG.

Fractal Analysis for Reduced Reference Image Quality Assessment
MATLAB DIP--IEEE TRANSACTION PAPER--2015
MATLAB DIP--IEEE TRANSACTION PAPER--2015
A novel RR-QA approach is proposed, which measures the difference of spatial arrangement between the reference image and the distorted image in terms of spatial regularity measured by fractal dimension. An image is first expressed in Log-Gabor domain. Then, fractal dimensions are computed on each Log-Gabor subband and concatenated as a feature vector.

A Simulation Design of LTE Communication System under Adaptive Modulation Schemes
MATLAB COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS---IEEE-2015
This project presents an overview of a LTE digital communication system model, designed in order to study the effects of the QPSK, 16-QAM and 64-QAM modulation schemes on the BER performance with an AWGN channel model. It is noted that the LTE system uses Turbo channel coding and bitlevel scrambling to offer reliable and secure services to the users.

Aging-Aware Reliable Multiplier Design With
Adaptive Hold Logic
VLSI FRONT END PROJECT-----IEEE-2015
It is important to design reliable high-performance multipliers. In this project, we propose an aging-aware multiplier design with a novel adaptive hold logic (AHL) circuit. The multiplier is able to provide higher throughput through the variable latency and can adjust the AHL circuit to mitigate performance degradation that is due to the aging effect.

MATLAB -------IEEE-2015
The main aim of this project is to
restore the noisy images by using the procedure of data dependant denoising. This
new algorithm finds patches from a database that contains relevant patches. Two
contributions are made in this project, one is solving a group sparsity
minimization problem and the second one is determine the spectral coefficients
of the denoising filter.

This project proposes a
VHBCSE algorithm for designing a reconfigurable FIR filter. To design an
efficient reconfigurable FIR filter, according to the proposed VHBCSE algorithm,
2-bit binary common sub-expression elimination (BCSE) algorithm has been
applied vertically across adjacent coefficients on the 2-D space of the
coefficient matrix initially, followed by applying variable-bit BCSE algorithm
horizontally within each coefficient.

A PFD and Charge Pump Switching Circuit to Optimize the Output Phase Noise of the PLL in 90 nm CMOS
This project presents the design of a novel Phase Frequency Detector (PFD) and Charge Pump (CP) switching circuits for the frequency synthesizer in phase-locked loop (PLL). Our proposed PFD technique can eliminate the effect of missing edge and phase ambiguity problems in conventional PFDs circuit. Also, a novel CP circuit with a special switching scheme has been incorporated to reduce the current mismatch error and charge injection error problem with this new design technique.

In comparison to other fully-integrated designs, the output pole is set to be the dominant pole, and the internal poles are pushed to higher frequencies with only 50mA of total quiescent current. Swarm Intelligence for Detecting Interesting Events in Crowded Environments
IEEE TRANSACTIONS PAPER-2015 ON MATLAB IMAGE PROCESSING
This project focuses on
detecting and localizing anomalous events in video frames of crowded scenes. Both
motion and appearance information are considered. A newly introduced concept
based on swarm theory, pyramid histograms of oriented swarms (PHOS), is applied
to capture the dynamics of crowded environments. PHOS, together with the
well-known pyramid histograms of oriented gradients, are combined to build a
descriptor that effectively characterizes each scene.
